Education Qualification: All Eligible and Interested candidates must hold a Degree in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical or an equivalent qualification from any University or Institution recognized by the Government or he must be an Associated Member of the Institution of Engineers of India in Civil/Mechanical.

Age Limit: 21 years to 32 years as on January 1st, 2015
